Leasing Professional

Our Leasing Professionals are United Realty's first impression to potential residents. Their primary responsibilities include responding to leads from prospective residents, touring homes, assisting with leasing paperwork, and following up until lease execution. United Realty's Leasing Associates have excellent communication skills, are customer focused, have the ability to quickly connect with customers, and are highly motivated to produce results. Leads will be provided by United Realty.
RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Accompany future residents as they tour prospective homes

+ Capture rental leads by quickly responding to inquiries generated through emails, calls, or walk-ins

+ Follow up with rental leads

+ Provide assistance to future residents as they gather necessary paperwork to sign their lease

+ Maintain frequent communication among other Associates, Property Management, and Accounting to ensure a smooth leasing process

+ Research the market to become an expert in renter behavior

+ Create lasting impressions with future residents at each point of interaction

+ Search for rental alternatives outside of our in-house units

+ Manage multiple applications in an organized fashion

Requirements

+ Must already have your Texas Salesperson License (Not required to be a member of BCSROAR)

+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Working proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel

+ Must be willing to accommodate the hours of prospective residents, which can include evenings and weekends

+ Strong interpersonal skills to connect with a variety of personalities and successfully serve their needs

+ Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
