I am a prospect and I am interested in scheduling a time to see your properties for rent. Can I still do that?
While we have temporarily suspended in-person tours with our agents, you can still reach out to our leasing team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help you with your questions. Similarly, you can find additional property details at our United Realty website. Our agents will still provide you with info and as many property details as they can provide to help you make an educated decision on your future home.
Will my maintenance requests still be addressed? How long will they take to be completed?
At this time only emergency maintenance requests will be addressed. Emergency maintenance requests classify as uncontainable/uncontrollable water, full unit power outages, security issues, and sewage back up. These requests will be completed same-day. We will resume servicing non-emergency work orders once our office re-opens and normal business operations recommence.
How long will the United Realty office be closed? Does this mean no one will be working?
Our office is only closed for walk-ins as a preventative measure for the health and safety of our residents and our staff. This means that our staff will continue to work and serve you in a limited capacity as best as they can during regular business hours (Mon-Fri from 8:30AM – 5:00PM). This measure will be in place starting March 16th through March 20th. We will update you with any changes.
Who will have access to my house?
During this time, no leasing agents will be entering your home. We are limiting maintenance visits to only emergency issues.
Can I still make payments (rent, fees, etc.) during this time?
Payments can still be made online through your resident web access portal, through local CashPay Locations, or by dropping off a check or money order in our drop-box out front. We will check the drop-box regularly.
